Ekundayo will be making his NY debut next Friday, April 3rd alongside Joshua Clay at Ad Hoc Art in Brooklyn… big plans are in store, as both will be living in the gallery for almost a full week leading into the show. We wish them both the best and can’t wait to see some images of what they are getting up to next week. We’ll be sure to post some shots if we are able to get any. We did get a few sneak peek shots from Dayo, and those are posted here. I was hoping to make it out, but just too much going on right now to make the break east.

Schorr’s astonishing, highly polished realism, (inspired by Bosch, Brueghel and Dali), sets him apart from his best-known peers such as Camille Rose Garcia, Gary Baseman, and Mark Ryden. This is his first solo show in many years, and we couldn’t be more amped to see the new works in person this Saturday.
They’ll also be posting a more in-depth interview with Brandi next week. We’ll also be posting our interview with Brandi here soon as well. Also, don’t forget to watch out for her interview in Vol. 11 of Hi Fructose that hits news stands in early April. Lots going on leading into her opening next month with us.
This is a leaked trailer – so not sure how long this will last… but the motion picture adaptation of Maurice Sendak’s epic “Where The Wild Things Are” is finally getting close to coming out. This trailer is EPIC.
