Taking a lil’ break from working on their ‘Double Diamond’ show opening next Fri, Feb. 18th at M Modern out in Palm Springs, the duo of DABS and MYLA added yet another eye-popping mural to the streets of Los Angeles this past weekend. Their ‘Dice Shakers, Love Makers’ mural is on the back of Known Gallery, in an alleyway off of Fairfax. DABS MYLA have a number of active walls around the city of Angels right now, so be sure to catch them in person if you can!
Get ready to road trip out to the desert on Fri, Feb. 18th for Dabs Myla‘s ‘Double Diamond’ show which will be opening at M Modern alongside Shag’s new show during Modernism Week. ‘Double Diamond’ will feature five new acrylic works on wood panel along with a selection of graphite works on paper.
Upcoming shows in the months ahead include a small solo show alongside Shag during Modernism Week up in Palm Springs at M Modern Gallery, a piece in Greg Simkins’ show he’s curating at 1988 Gallery and they’ll also be heading up to Portland, OR with us this March for our ‘LAX/PDX’ show we’re curating at Together Gallery. After that they plan a lil’ trip back home to Australia and then it’s back to the studio to continue work on their upcoming solo show at Thinkspacecoming up this August.
