Scion presents
“Infinity”
Curated by Andrew Schoultz
“Infinity” is a group exhibition of artists whose practices or aesthetics relate to the many facets of the infinite. The vastness of this concept will be explored by 15 artists through painting, drawing, photography, and 3D multi-media installation. The subject matter as well as the medium will vary greatly. Some artists work may be a more literal interpretation of this subject, suggestive of such things as mathematics, space, time, technology, abstraction, pattern, or repetition, while others have chosen to address the opposite or “finite”, such as fragility, mortality, the temporary, and even doomsday scenarios. Sounds interesting huh?
Perhaps hit this up before or after Beyond Eden next Sat. As always, no shortage of goodness here in LA to take in and enjoy.
“Infinity” features works from Butt Johnson, Xylor Jane, Richard Colman, Andreas Guerrero, N. Dash, Aaron Noble, Ryan Wallace, Joseph Hart, Ryan Travis Christian, Chris Natrop, Noah Davis, Hilary Pecis, Andy Diaz Hope, Andrew Schoultz, Chris Duncan
