Australian tag team karate action rock star duo extraordinaire Dabs Myla are down in Miami, FL this week for the festivities surrounding the annual Art Basel event there. They’re taking part in the big ‘Fresh Produce’ (details below) exhibition that opened yesterday and has a big opening reception party this Friday. The above installation is their contribution and is one of the highlights of this amazing collection of talent. Don’t miss this show if down in Miami this week!
Look for pics in the coming days of their mural for ‘Primary Flight’ over in the Wynwood Arts District (by Nunca and Reyes’ new murals).
Lots of other Thinkspace family members are involved in projects and special exhibitions this week down in Miami as well. Look for a special pop-up show from Derek Gores in the Wynwood Arts District (more on that later today) as well as several Thinkspace regulars in the big Sanrio Anniversary Show (Dabs Myla are also rockin’ that one) and many others involved in the ‘Primary Flight‘ public mural project (more on that later soon as well).
