‘From the Streets of Brooklyn’ opens BIG!!! Works posted online Monday…

Huge turnout last night for our ‘From the Streets of Brooklyn’ group show that was curated by Ad Hoc Art out of Brooklyn.

We will have the works posted on our site come Monday from the show. Sorry we didn’t get posted prior to the opening as we usually do, but this was a monster undertaking and Disaster was working right up to the last minute on her awe-inspiring installation in our project room
For those of you that requested a preview, the digital link to the works will go out Sunday morning PST and then all works will be mosted come Monday afternoon on our site for those that didn’t request a preview proper.

The show came out great – thank you to all that made it out last night. The exhibit remains on view through Feb. 6th and we’ll be open Thur-Sun from 1-6PM.

More opening night shots will be posted soon, but to get a glimpse of the action, check out the first folks to post opening night shots here – thanks Jack and the Daily D!

Big news – ‘From the Streets of Brooklyn’ will now feature FAILE + live screen printing on opening night from PMP…

We are excited to announce that one of the surprises for ‘From the Streets of Brooklyn’ is that FAILE will be taking part in this epic group show now as well!!!

As if that wasn’t enough… you will also be able to view original works from the likes of Swoon, Bast, Gaia, Imminent Disaster, Chris Stain, GRL, Elbow-Toe, Skewville, Michael De Feo and many, many more… PLUS we are also offering an incentive to be one of the 1st 100 people through the door.

Those lucky few who arrive early this Friday will receive a poster from the show, a copy of the latest issue of Juxtapoz + a 2009 wall calendar from Thinkspace featuring all the artists we’ll be showing in 2009.

ALSO – free original works from Stikman will be placed about the outside of our gallery for patrons to find and give a new home to. So keep your eyes peeled for those – they are killer lil’ pieces!!!

Bring your clothing – they will print ’em up. Propah.

Some add’l behind the scenes shots can be viewed over at Arrested Motion here and at Juxtapoz here.

Don’t miss this one!!!
