Who doesn’t love Hawaii, but Hawaii with an incredible collection of New Contemporary Art is like paradise in technicolor and for the next few days the fifth annual POW! WOW! Exploring The New Contemporary Movement, curated by Thinkspace has the best works for your viewing pleasure.

Now through February 24th at the Honolulu Museum of Art School, the show exhibits some of the best established and emerging artists in the New Contemporary Movement.

For the fifth iteration of Thinkspace’s special exhibition in tandem with POW! WOW! Hawai’i, we have curated a group of just over 50 local and international artists to act as a small survey of the burgeoning New Contemporary Art Movement for art lovers on Oahu and the world over via social networks like Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.

Tomorrow (February 7th) will mark the third time Thinkspace has curated a show in association with POW! WOW! Hawaii at the Honolulu Museum of Art School (see 2015 & 2014). The event will continue their push to further the art of what they call the “New Contemporary Movement” and will include an installation from Aaron Li-Hill.
